The subtle art of not giving a fuck…

So i was recently admitted to hospital and had to spend 8 hours in Emergency getting poked and prodded by some nurses at UCLA. Now, i dont know if any of you have been to UCLA Emergency in Santa Monica, but its an intense experience. From gun shot wounds to guys being hand-cuffed to the bed with 2 big burly LAPD cops babysitting him, it made my apparently life threatening issue… not so much of a big issue.

Words of wisdom

A mate of mine recently sent something to me that resonated well and fully reminds me of what a champ he is..

“I love to put good people together. It’s what I live for. We are only as good as the people we share our energy with and surround ourselves with.”

Amen to that brother.
